First, let’s understand the definition of color temperature. Color temperature is a unit of measurement that represents the color components contained in light. Theoretically, the blackbody temperature refers to the color of an absolute blackbody when it is heated from absolute zero (-273°C). After being heated, a black body gradually changes from black to red, to yellow, to white, and finally emits blue light. When heated to a certain temperature, the spectral component of the light emitted by the black body is called the color temperature at this temperature, and the measurement unit is "K" (Kelvin).

Secondly, different color temperatures will cause us different feelings:

① Warm color light (color temperature below 3000K), the color of the light is similar to that of incandescent light. The red light component coordinates contained in the light source give people a comfortable and warm feeling. It is usually used in living rooms, bedrooms and other places where people can have a rest.

②Intermediate color light(color temperature between 3000~5000k). This kind of light is very soft, giving people a pleasant and clean feeling. This color temperature is mainly used in kitchens, toilets, cloakrooms and other places.

③Cold color light (color temperature above 5000K) is close to the natural light and has a bright, tense and cool feeling, allowing people to stay focused. So it is not suitable for home use, mainly used in offices, hospitals and other places where people need to concentrate on work.
